Weights not supplied. One AiM8 damper included. Central bar dimensions 50 to 75cm (20 to 29.5in). Side bars dimensions 20 to 30cm (8 to 12). Graduation every 25mm (1in). Cylindrical tightening wrench provided. VBAR is adjustable to 12cm, internal reinforcement for damage-free tightening.
